VDLA successfully assisted Niguel Summit Master Association in negotiating grant-funding opportunities for use in converting to a central control system, and in obtaining low-interest government loans to assist in the conversion of master association landscape to reclaimed water. As the Master Water Manager for the Association, VDLA was responsible for all water management decisions and directing the landscape maintenance contractor with maintenance guidelines created and established for the Association. In addition, VDLA was responsible for assisting the Association with planting, construction documents and construction administration for complete slope restoration / re-vegetation on major slopes.
