Yale is Principal in Charge at Van Dyke Landscape Architects and serves as Director of Irrigation services. He has over 20 years of water conservation  and construction management experience, including central control system design and retrofits. Yale has managed the irrigation planning and design for large scale master planned communities, streetscapes, school sites, slope restorations and national cemeteries. His experience encompasses large scale irrigation design and construction management involving coordination with municipalities, water districts, public agencies, civil engineers, industry product manufacturers, and contractors. Yale leads the irrigation team and manages projects for corporate office sites and campuses, hotels, streetscapes, institutional and educational uses.
