The Villages of Old Town, Mixed Use Core Master Planning

VDLA provided master planning and thematic design services for The Villages of Old Town project in Temecula, California. Goals of the project included integrating commercial and residential uses within a pedestrian-friendly environment. Traffic calming design elements were incorporated into urban streetscapes that included ample pedestrian widths, shade trees, lighting at the appropriate scale, public area street furnishings and access to open space and public plaza areas.
