Yale is President of VDLA and serves as the Director of Irrigation Services, Construction Administration, and Inspections Manager. He will provide contract management and Principal leadership for the proposed services. He has 37 years of experience in public and agency work, focusing on irrigation design and construction management while coordinating with water districts, public agencies and municipalities, civil engineers, industry product manufacturers, and contractors. Yale's experience in the Southern California region provides him with thorough familiarity with regional and local standards and regulations, as well as micro-climates affecting planting and irrigation designs.
