Denise has over 21 years of diverse landscape architectural experience and project management for both public and private clients. Experience includes master planning and entitlement, outreach and consensus gathering, schematic and design development, construction documents, bid documents, bid period support, and construction administration. Project types range from HOA master plans, park and recreation design, open space and habitat preservation, and trails development, to cemetery and library scopes. Denise is also accomplished in coordinating and obtaining multi-agency approvals, and preparing materials for public / community group meetings.
