We are excited to share some of the recent progress made at the City Office REIT project currently under construction in Sorrento Mesa. Converting a hot unwelcoming parking lot into a shady lunch court for employees, this project is sure to be a hit!
As you can see below, the structural steel beams for the lunch court shelter are being hoisted into place today. This will be a great place for people to spend their lunch break outdoors, enjoying some sunny San Diego weather while they eat from local gourmet food trucks, which the site will accommodate on a daily basis.
Also, our very own Mr. Allen was able to locate the specimen oak trees that will be delivered next week, providing the focal point and shade for this unique project. Thanks Brett, we appreciate your work as PM on this project, it's looking good!
