VDLA has been tasked with developing a new planting and lighting plan for the HOA Clubhouse Pool on Discovery Falls Drive. The original plans installed decades ago had not stood the test of time. To remedy this, VDLA is implementing a robust palette of plants that can withstand highly alkaline soils and occasional chlorinated water exposure. Additionally, the original plans did not account for stand-alone lighting. Lights are nailed to palm trees which distract from the beautiful Mediterranean-style layout. VDLA’s new plan aims to show off the planting and architecture after dark as it has not been seen before.
