VDLA serves as the landscape architectural consultant to the master association of Ocean Hills Country Club in Oceanside, CA, and has completed multiple scopes within this active senior adult community of 1,600+ homes. VDLA led a successful consensus gathering and master planning process; construction documents to redesign the front entry of the community; construction documents, permit processing and construction administration for renovations to the Clubhouse and Pool area (including corrective drainage); a comprehensive irrigation audit and irrigation master plan for the community, a golf course renovation, various common area and front yard turf reduction plans with rebates, and other design consulting within the community.
