VDLA served as the landscape architectural consultant for the development of a 15-acre campus for the west coast headquarters of LPL Financial. Program elements included a richly designed entry plaza that incorporated an artist commissioned “Bull and Bear” sculpture to communicate the company image, extensive outdoor use areas, strong pedestrian links to create a connected campus, and the desire of the client to reflect a “west coast presence” through the use of regional plant materials. A large multi-use area is perched on a mesa above natural canyon topography with view opportunities.
