VDLA directed the thematic master planning, construction document design and water management services for the Morgan Hill Community project, located in Riverside County, near Temecula.   Overall scope of services for this project included streetscapes, entries, slopes, parks, community center and processing of documents for approvals and permanent maintenance turnover to County of Riverside Service Area (CSA)143.
