Kara Stenger
Landscape Designer

Kara is a graduate of MiraCosta College’s Horticulture Program where she specialized in Irrigation and Water Management. She was selected for the Irrigation Association’s E3 Learner program and was also an IA Annual Scholarship Program recipient. Kara is thrilled to be part of the plan checking department of VDLA where she reviews projects including residential subdivisions, parks, and commercial and industrial properties. Kara is QWEL certified and is currently preparing for her CLIA certification. She is especially interested in new irrigation technologies and plans to obtain her CID.
