Henry Teare
Landscape Designer
Henry began practicing design in residential and botanical gardens in the Bay Area. After acquiring his Bachelor in Landscape Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, he came back to his home town of San Diego to work at VDLA. He is passionate about historical contexts to the built environment and working towards equitable futures for communities. Henry’s skills in 2D/3D design and data manipulation in GIS programs allow him to visually communicate complex ideas and images. In his free time he sketches, explores cities, and keeps up to date on contemporary practices in horticulture and landscape design.
