Plan Check Specialist

Todd  is a Plan Check Specialist with the firm and has 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, encompassing project management, design build, habitat restoration, park and recreation facilities, commercial site design, and public agency projects. He is well-versed in local government agency requirements in the southern California region and proves to be a true asset to the team at VDLA in our plan checking department. Todd currently reviews landscape and irrigation projects for conformance with County and State ordinances. He works with water conservation ordinances and the required landscape water budget calculations, parking ordinances and sight distance requirements. His projects include reviewing: residential subdivision, parks, industrial parks, business parks, water quality features, retail centers, and medical facilities.
