Denise has over 17 years of design experience including project management, HOA master plans, community development, park and recreation design, open space and habitat preservation, trails development, and HOA Services.  Her work encompasses include processing of preliminary and final documents (for both private and public clients), coordinating and obtaining multi-agency approvals, outreach efforts ranging from public and community meetings with upwards of 400 participants to smaller one-on-one and interactive events such as information booths at community Easter Egg Hunts, and preparing materials for public / community group meetings. Denise has a keen understanding for the importance of clear communications and graphics tailored to the particular audience and situation.
