VDLA provided landscape architecture services including concept design, construction documents and construction administration for landscape and hardscape design for a 100,000 square foot multi-tenant office building located on Lot 6 of the Carlsbad Research Center in Carlsbad, CA.  Design features include entry pedestrian promenade, an entry plaza beneath a high architectural canopy, an outdoor patio / lunch court and water-quality swales and basins throughout the site.
