Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture

• 2-5 years of experience in landscape design

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• AutoCAD drafting

• Construction documentation, including base formatting, landscape, irrigation and hardscape plans, notes, details and specifications

• Creating and editing reports

• Communicating with clients and design team members

• Construction period support services

• Site inventory / analysis

• Schematic and conceptual design

• Schedule management

Necessary Experience & Skills:

• AutoCAD drafting

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop / SketchUp / Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with landscape, irrigation, and hardscape design and detailing

• Strong understanding of southern California landscape palettes and water efficient landscape design

• Proficient in sustainable design practices such as LID, LEED, stormwater management, and water conservation

• Professional level communication skills (verbal and written)

• Graphic communications

• Critical thinking

• Organized project and file management

• Time management skills / ability to prioritize
