Van Dyke Landscape Architects provided landscape architecture services for the landscape and hardscape design for a new lab and medical research building located in La Jolla, CA. The scope of work for this project included concept-schematic design, preparation of Site Development Permit documentation, design development, construction documents, bid period services, and construction observation services. Design features include an entry plaza with integrated accessible parking, a structured arrangement of seatwalls and medium size flowering trees, and a secondary entry plaza for employees that is linked to other campus buildings by a an enhanced paving walkway.
